Висвітлено результати порівняльного аналізу ставлення студентів різних спеціальностей до власного ментального стану в умовах сучасних викликів (пандемія, воєнний стан). Акцентовано увагу на важливості впровадження холістичного підходу та розвитку продуктивного мислення майбутніх фахівців для збереження їхнього психологічного добробуту. Описано досвід викладання дисциплін психологічного спрямування у закладах вищої освіти. The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis and differentiation of the phenomena of "mental health" and "psychological health" in the context of the professional training of future psychologists and physicians. The results of a comparative analysis of the attitudes of students of various specialties to their own mental state in the face of modern challenges (pandemic, martial law) are presented. Emphasis is placed on the importance of implementing a holistic approach and developing the productive thinking of future specialists to maintain their psychological well-being.
