Item MODERNS INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE DOCTORS IN MICROBIOLOGY, VIROLOGY AND IMMUNOLOGY(European Conference, 2024-12-23) Baieva O.; Zelentsova S.; Tserkovniak L.The article deals with microbiology, virology and immunology as an educational component in the training of doctors is based on the knowledge obtained by students in the study of general biology, biological and bioorganic chemistry, medical and biological physics, medical chemistry, human anatomy, histology, cytology and embryology. This educational component is the basis for studying the disciplines of professional training of a future doctor in general pathology, hygiene, epidemiology, educational disciplines of surgical and therapeutic cycles. When training future doctors in microbiology, virology, and immunology at the Kyiv Medical University, the use of an information system has been introduced by placing the necessary educational and methodological materials of methodological support on the department's information web page in the Google Education system. The web page contains not only the texts of lectures and presentations for them, but also materials for practical classes, video materials on the main topics of the academic discipline. To achieve the safety of treatment, clinical and economic efficiency of the process of providing medical care, the implementation of medical care standards is being carried out. Biotechnology, nanotechnology, genetic engineering technologies for diagnostics and treatment are becoming increasingly important in modern theoretical and practical medicine. Gene therapy involves the development of safe and high-tech methods for introducing missing or defective producer genes into the somatic cells of patients. Telemedicine's potential to transform healthcare delivery is profound, fostering accessibility, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes. Information and organizational support technologies should create a single medical information space. The structure of the space should contain three hierarchical levels. The first is information systems of institutions directly related to patients.
