ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ РОЗВИТКУ АСЕРТИВНОСТІ ПСИХОЛОГІВ-КОНСУЛЬТАНТІВ У ПРОЦЕСІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ

У статті досліджено технології розвитку асертивності психологів-консультантів у процесі їх професійної підготовки. Проаналізовано актуальність розвитку асертивності як важливої складової професійної компетентності психологів-консультантів в умовах зростаючих вимог до якості психологічної допомоги. Розглянуто теоретичні засади професійної підготовки психологів-консультантів та роль асертивності у забезпеченні ефективної взаємодії з клієнтами. Визначено та детально проаналізовано найбільш продуктивні технології розвитку асертивності: тренінгові методи (рольові ігри, метод зворотного звʼязку), когнітивно-поведінкові техніки (когнітивна реструктуризація, моделювання поведінки, майндфулнес), психодраматичні методи (дублювання, реверсія ролей, соціометрія), коучингові технології (метод GROW, «Колесо балансу», модель DESC) та цифрові інструменти (VR-симуляції, чат-боти, онлайн-платформи). Досліджено особливості застосування кожної технології та їх вплив на формування професійних компетенцій майбутніх психологів. Встановлено, що комплексне використання зазначених технологій сприяє розвитку впевненої комунікації, вмінню встановлювати професійні межі та запобігати емоційному вигоранню. Виявлено основні виклики у процесі впровадження технологій розвитку асертивності, зокрема: опір змінам, недостатність практичних кейсів та потреба у спеціалізованих навчальних програмах. Визначено перспективні напрями вдосконалення професійної підготовки психологів-консультантів з урахуванням сучасних вимог та специфіки роботи в кризових умовах. Обґрунтовано необхідність подальшого дослідження даної проблематики та розробки комплексного підходу до впровадження технологій розвитку асертивності в процес професійної підготовки психологів-консультантів, що включає оновлення навчальних програм, розширення практичних можливостей та інтеграцію цифрових технологій.
СЕКСУАЛЬНІ ДИСФУНКЦІЇ У ВІЙСЬКОВИХ ТА ВЕТЕРАНІВ ЯК МЕДИКО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНА ПРОБЛЕМА

У статті висвітлено особливості сексуальних дисфункцій у військових та ветеранів, їхню класифікацію та психогенну природу виникнення. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз зарубіжних досліджень за попередні роки, на основі чого порушено недостатньо вирішені питання названої проблематики, а також зроблено заувагу щодо проблемних зон в актуальних результатах дослідження. У статті насамперед розглядається вплив психічних розладів на сексуальне функціонування ветеранів бойових дій. Проаналізовано, як симптоми гіперзбудження, емоційна нестабільність, медикаментозна терапія та соматичні ускладнення можуть спричиняти різні види сексуальних дисфункцій. Окрему увагу автори приділяють нерівномірності досліджень, проведених серед чоловіків і жінок, залучених до військової служби, а також недостатності емпіричних даних щодо відмінностей у їхньому сексуальному здоров’ї. Виокремлено основні групи чинників, що сприяють погіршенню сексуального функціонування, які умовно названо «органічними» та «неорганічними». Особливий акцент зроблено на докладному аналізі специфіки неорганічних передумов розвитку сексуальних дисфункцій, зокрема соціально-психологічним чинникам названої проблеми – емоційному дистанціюванню, раптовій зміні моделей поведінки, порушенню побутових ритуалів у парі, що опосередковано впливає на інтимне життя. У статті підкреслюється важливість комплексного підходу до лікування сексуальних порушень у комбатантів та ветеранів, що включає психотерапію, медикаментозне лікування та соціально-реабілітаційні заходи з урахуванням індивідуальних психологічних особливостей.
Procedure for Conferring the Lifetime Academic Title of Associate Professor to Dentists and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Ukraine: The Difference between the Title and the Position

The purpose of this narrative review is (1) to highlight the procedure for conferring the lifetime academic title of associate professor in Ukraine to dentists and maxillofacial surgeons and (2) to demonstrate associate professor certificates obtained at various dental departments in different years. The nuances of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 14, 2016, No. 13 “On approval of the Procedure for conferring academic titles to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers” and Order dated September 26, 2005, No. 557 “On streamlining the terms of remuneration and approving the schemes of tariff categories for employees of educational institutions, educational institutions and scientific institutions” will be considered. The article analyzes in detail six criteria on the basis of which the academic title of associate professor can be conferred. A monthly supplement of up to 25 percent of the official salary (wage rate) is also being considered for employees who have received an academic title and continue to work at an educational institution. Deprivation of the academic title of associate professor is such a rare phenomenon in Ukraine that it was not possible to reliably identify such cases in open sources. Only isolated cases of cancellation of the decision of the academic council of one of the higher education institutions on conferring the academic title of associate professor due to the inconsistency of educational activities with the applicant's declared specialty were identified.

This editorial will examine one of the requirements of the new Draft of the Order "On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications, Approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 15, 2018, No. 32" dated March 28, 2025.Namely, the need for a publisher with a journal to have its own Research Organization Registry (ROR) identifier (ID). The benefits of being included in the ROR and the experience of registering our publisher are presented.
Individual Rating of an Employee of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: Scoring Points

The purpose of this narrative review is to consider and compare the indicators and scores from the template of the annual individual rating of employees of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in accordance with the Regulations on the rating evaluation of the scientific activities of departments and scientific and pedagogical employees of the Kyiv Medical University, Private Higher Educational Establishment, approved at the meetings of the Academic Councils of the University in 2023 and 2024. A simplification of the individual rating was noted by reducing the number of indicators from 29 in 2023 to 13 in 2024. Understanding these indicators, their value, and the number of possible points earned is an important element of the academic career of oral and maxillofacial surgeons in Ukraine.
