A 2026 Edition of the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine: Scopus and/or Web of Science Core Collection

On January 19, 2026, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, by Order No. 56, approved a new edition of the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the List), registered with the Ministry of Justice on January 28, 2026 under No. 129/45523. The updated Procedure establishes a new mechanism for forming the List, which is formed on the basis of unified criteria for selecting scientific periodicals, taking into account the principles of academic integrity and internationally recognized standards of publication ethics, in order to integrate the results of Ukraine's scientific activity into the international and European research space and provides for their division into two categories: (a) Category "A", which is assigned to scientific periodicals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoS) and/or Scopus databases, and (b) Category "B", which is assigned to scientific periodicals that meet the requirements of paragraph 7 of the Procedure. To assign a scientific periodical to category "A", the founder submits an application in electronic form through the URIS system, completed in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure. The deadline for submitting an application for inclusion of a scientific periodical in category "A" of the List is not limited. The article provides a full translation of the Ministry's Order detailing the requirements of paragraph 7. In Ukraine, a specialist who wants to develop as a clinician and scientific and pedagogical worker may need publications in Scopus and/or WoS in 7 different directions. The article details all 7 areas. The new edition of the Ministry's order cements the importance of databases such as Scopus and/or WoS for both peer-reviewed publications and the careers of practitioners and scientific and practical workers. At the same time, obtaining publications in journals indexed in these databases opens up wide career opportunities for specialists.

ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ЧИННИКИ ПЕРЕЖИВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНИХ КРИЗ І ПРИЗУПИНЕННЯ КАР’ЄРНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ПСИХОЛОГІВ-КОНСУЛЬТАНТІВ

Дослідження присвячене аналізу професійних криз психологів-консультантів, що висту-пають важливим феноменом у психології праці і розвитку. Професійна криза визначається як багатовимірне явище, що виникає на перетині внутрішніх ресурсів фахівця і вимог про-фесійного середовища. У статті розглянуто провідні теоретичні підходи до аналізу криз: модель життєвого і професійного розвитку Д. Супера, концепції Е. Гінзберга та Д. Голланда, теорію стресу Г. Сельє, концепції професійного вигорання К. Маслач і С. Джексон. Дослід-ники висвітлюють психологічні чинники криз, серед яких – дисгармонія між професійною роллю і власними цінностями, емоційне виснаження, недостатня самооцінка і рефлексив-ність. Значну роль відіграють організаційні фактори – відсутність інституційної підтримки, обмежені кар’єрні перспективи, перевантаження, низька оплата. Таблиця систематизує вну-трішні, мотиваційні та організаційні чинники призупинення кар’єрного розвитку. Емпіричні дані онлайн-опитування 78 психологів-консультантів підтверджують комплексність кризо-вих явищ: 4% респондентів основним фактором назвали емоційне навантаження, 25% – невідповідність цінностей і діяльності, 20% – нестачу компетентностей. Найефективнішими стратегіями подолання криз визнано супервізію та інтервізію (40%), підвищення профе-сійної компетентності (30%) і роботу над емоційною регуляцією (20%). Особлива увага приділяється практичним аспектам діяльності консультанта, адаптації до різних аудиторій та застосуванню сучасних технологій кар’єрного супроводу, що підвищує професійну стій-кість і знижує ризики кризових переживань. Стаття демонструє, що інтеграція теоретичних підходів, психологічних механізмів і практичних стратегій дозволяє ефективно підтримувати професійний розвиток і мінімізувати негативні наслідки криз у психологів-консультантів.
