dc.description.abstractУ статті здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз понять «здоров’я» та «хвороба». Автор розглядає проблему формування валеології як самостійної міждисциплінарної науки про здоров'я. Особливу увагу приділено визначенню психосоматичного стану «практично здорової» людини та науковому обґрунтуванню методів збереження і зміцнення здоров’я в сучасних умовах. The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the concepts of "health" and "disease." The author examines the problem of forming valeology as an independent interdisciplinary science of health. Particular attention is paid to determining the psychosomatic state of a "practically healthy" person and providing a scientific justification for methods of maintaining and promoting health in modern conditions.
