ПРО СТРАТЕГІЧНУ ПЕРЕВАГУ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ В ЛЕКСИЧНОМУ ПОЛІ УКРАЇНИ СЛІВ З ПРЕФІКСОМ «НОО-» НАД «СМАРТ» ТЕРМІНАМИ

Abstract

Проаналізовано найактуальніші питання світові успіхи у створенні новітніх слів з англійським «smart», які є повною протилежністю ноотермінів, адже «smart-суспільство», «smart-технології», «smart-ocвіта», «smart культура» практично миттєво заполонили ЗМІ і наукові видання. Проведена оцінка скерування запропоно ваних багатьма зарубіжними авторами смарт-технологій. Вивчено наявні дані витоків мега популярності колективного ототожнення smart-суспільства з вищою стадією інформаційного суспільства. Використано перелік характеристик термінології екологічно безпечних та мудрих технологій – «ноотехнологій (nootechnologies)». Запропоновано разом модернізувати освіту, подолати суперечності й досягти спільності у зверненні уваги людства на ноонауки і ноотехнології не через століття, а значно раніше. The article analyzes the most pressing issues of global success in creating the latest words with the English “smart”, which are the exact opposite of nooterms, since “smart society”, “smart technologies”, “smart education”, “smart cul ture” almost instantly flooded the media and scientific publications. The author assessed the direction of smart tech nologies proposed by many foreign authors. The available data on the origins of the mega-popularity of the collective identification of the smart society with the highest stage of the information society are studied. The list of characteris tics of the terminology of environmentally friendly and wise technologies - “nootechnologies” - is used. It is proposed to modernize education together, overcome contradictions and achieve commonality in drawing humanity's attention to no-science and nootechnology not in a century, but much earlier.
