Abstract

У тезах проведено порівняльний аналіз теоретико-методологічних підходів до оцінки психосоматичного здоров’я особистості. Розглянуто дефініції здоров’я та фактори, що на нього впливають. Автор наголошує на необхідності розгляду здоров’я як багаторівневого континууму та доцільності використання холістичного підходу в практичній психології та медицині. The author conducts a comparative analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the qualitative and quantitative assessment of psychosomatic health under ordinary and extreme conditions. The study explores various health definitions, analyzes individual and environmental factors, and emphasizes viewing health as a multi-level continuum rather than a simple dichotomy. Methodological conclusions stress the importance of a holistic approach to psychosomatic health in clinical, educational, and counseling psychology.
