dc.description.abstractУ статті висвітлено проблему збереження психосоматичного здоров’я студентської молоді в умовах сучасного освітнього процесу. Автор аналізує роль психодіагностичного підходу в оцінюванні функціонального стану організму та психоемоційного фону студентів. Запропоновано напрями використання методів саморегуляції як ефективного засобу психопрофілактики та зміцнення здоров’я майбутніх фахівців. The article highlights the problem of preserving the psychosomatic health of students in the conditions of the modern educational process. The author analyzes the role of the psychodiagnostic approach in assessing the functional state of the body and the psycho-emotional background of students. Directions for using self-regulation methods as an effective means of mental health prophylaxis and health promotion of future specialists are proposed.
