PNEUMONIAE, ВИДІЛЕНИХ ВІД ХВОРИХ НА ПОЗАЛІКАРНЯНІ ПНЕВМОНІЇ(2024) Коваленко Н.І.; Вовк О.О.; Новікова І.В.; Кризьська О.В.Проведено аналіз резистентності штамів K. pneumoniae, виділених від хворих на позалікарняні пневмонії, до цефалоспоринів третього (цефоперазон, цефотаксим, цефтазидим, цефтріаксон) і четвертого (цефепім) поколінь та карбапенемів (іміпенему і меропенему). У ході дослідження виявлено значне поширення резистентних штамів K. pneumoniae при позалікарняних пневмоніях до цефалоспоринів третього і четвертого поколінь та карбапенемів, рівень якого коливався від 43,1 до 83,3 % штамів, при чому 69,2 % бактерій мали стійкість до обох груп антибіотиків.Item International principles of providing medical care(International Science Group, 2024) Baieva O.; Makhniuk V.; Kryvenko Y.; Kovalenko O.; Tserkovniak L.The majority of countries formulate state policy in the field of health care based on the international agreements and declarations, however, state management of the sector in each country is carried out within the legal framework of current legislation.
